Teamleader Inside Sales - Eastern Europe (f/m/d)

Your responsibilities:

  • Servicing new accounts to further explore the Eastern European market, consulting on online reputation management, and acquiring new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on hotels
  • Leading the sales team in planning and development of strategic and successful sales campaigns
  • Focusing sales efforts by conducting online webinars and/or face to face meetings to acquire reference customers
  • Team leadership tasks, including motivating team members to achieve the goals
  • Training and coaching sales and customer care team members to further improve their performance
  • Keeping management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily sales reports
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed

We expect:

  • Native level of Czech and/or Polish and very good English skills
  • Proven working experience in customer acquisition ideally gained in a B2B focused company
  • You have completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent experience in the Hotel & Tourism sector (will be a plus)
  • Ability to motivate and inspire teams and to lead others in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, motivated and self-dependent individual with strong negotiation skills
  • Service and goal oriented
  • You are excited about the following topics: Web 2.0, Quality Management and Sales
